What We Are
TopAuDeals is a community-driven deals aggregation platform where registered users can submit, vote on, comment on, and share deals, discount codes, and promotional offers — primarily targeting Australian consumers.
What We Are Not
We are not a retailer, merchant, or party to any transaction between you and a third-party store. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legitimacy of any deal posted on the Platform. Deals are user-submitted and may be outdated, incorrect, or expired.
Affiliate Relationships
Some links on the Platform may be affiliate links. This means we may earn a small commission if you make a purchase through those links, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence editorial decisions or the ranking of deals.
Account Registration
To post deals or participate in the community, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Prohibited Content
You must not post deals that are fraudulent, misleading, or illegal; content that infringes third-party intellectual property; spam, referral codes disguised as deals, or self-promotional content without disclosure; content that is defamatory, harassing, or hateful toward any individual or group.
Community Standards
TopAuDeals thrives on good-faith participation. Vote manipulation, sock puppet accounts, coordinated brigading, and artificial inflation of deal scores are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent ban.
Merchant & Brand Accounts
Merchants wishing to promote their own deals must clearly identify themselves and comply with our Merchant Guidelines. Undisclosed commercial posting is a violation of these terms and applicable Australian consumer law.
Your Content
By submitting content to TopAuDeals (including deal descriptions, comments, images, and other materials), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Platform.
Our Content
The TopAuDeals name, logo, design system, and all original content produced by our team are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or use them without our express written permission.
Third-Party Content
Product images, store logos, and trademarks appearing on the Platform belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only. We make no claim of ownership over third-party intellectual property.
No Warranty
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Deal Accuracy
We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any deal, price, or promotional offer on the Platform. Always verify pricing directly with the merchant before completing a purchase.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, TopAuDeals and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any deal listed therein.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using TopAuDeals, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time via your account settings.
Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
